Sammie and Andy Impeduglia founded Shady Grove Coffee Co. out of a lifelong passion for coffee and humans. We believe in bringing mindful attention to every cup and customer so that the hard work of the farmers, roaster, and Mother Earth is enjoyed to its full potential. We source our coffee from local Asheville roasters and hand-craft every syrup found on our cart. Allow us to showcase the joy of mindful coffee for you.

We had the coziest morning in the Rustic Barn at @laurelfallslife this Sunday. We kept the lattes flowing for a laid back morning after. It’s always amazing to take in the glow of a happy couple, family, and friends on the day after the big day. Thanks for letting us be a part of it! Picture this: You wake up running on 4 hours of sleep after the best night of your life. It’s Sunday morning of your magical weekend at @laurelfallslife . You turn the corner at the Rustic Barn and see steam rising up against the foggy forest. You slowly realize that there is hope, that you (or someone you love) is married, and with a good cup in your hand anything is possible. You won’t be settling for pre-ground drip coffee brewed with tap water. There are delicious lattes and even cocoa for the little ones. It’s all booked, prepped, and right here. The only thing you have to decide is what you’ll be drinking and if you want an extra shot now or later. Over the course of the morning, friends and family recount the joys and even misadventures of the prior evening. Goodbyes are slowly said as you pack up and head down Flat Top Mountain. It took a village and that village showed up. “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!” “Dip the apple in the brew…” MUGS!
